Terms

Plain language, always

We try to say things simply. Bro is a service for keeping and accessing memories of people you've lost. By using it, you agree to these terms. If something here isn't clear, ask us.

You own all your data

Everything you upload belongs to you. Photos, voice notes, messages, stories — yours. We hold them safely on your behalf. We do not acquire any ownership or rights over your memories.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. No penalties, no difficult processes. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. You can also delete your account entirely — all your data goes with it.

What you upload

Please only upload content you have the right to share. Do not upload content that is abusive, illegal, or intended to harm. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these principles — but we'll only ever do so for serious reasons.

The service

Bro is a tool for memory preservation and grief support. It is not a substitute for professional grief counselling or mental health care. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact a professional. In Ireland and UK: Samaritans 116 123. In the US: 988.

Changes

If we change these terms in a material way, we'll let you know by email before the change takes effect. We won't spring things on you.
